Privacy Policy

What we collect

ChatGPT sign-in gives the Studio an account ID, email, and available profile name. We store the profile, drafts, captions, planned dates, media, and character details you choose to save. We also record generation status, provider usage and costs, credit balances, and credit transactions.

If you join the founding artists list, we collect your name, email, artist name, a song link, and signup date. Short-lived hashed network identifiers help limit signup spam and are cleared after one hour as new requests arrive. We use this to manage the list and contact you about Creator Studio. Joining the list does not create a paid account or charge you.

AI processing and connected apps

When you request writing, the selected lyrics, song details, character description, and message are sent to OpenAI. When you request a character video, the selected reference image, audio, and character directions are sent to Hedra. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. Avoid uploading sensitive information you do not want them to receive.

If you connect TikTok, we store its account ID, username, available avatar, permissions, and encrypted access and refresh tokens. We send a video to TikTok only after you approve that transfer. Caption notes remain in Studio for you to copy. TikTok handles final posting and its own privacy settings. You can disconnect it in Connect apps.

How we use and protect information

We use information to operate your workspace, generate requested content, track credits and costs, provide support, protect the service, and manage requested connections. Healing Tek’s owner can view account and usage information to manage the business. Other creators cannot access your private workspace records through the Studio APIs.

Cloudflare D1 stores workspace records; Cloudflare R2 stores uploaded and generated files. ChatGPT supplies authentication and the Sites hosting layer. These providers may process technical and security information needed to run the service. We use account access checks and encrypt TikTok tokens, but no internet service can promise perfect security.

Browser storage and payments

Your browser stores some song and character preferences locally. Authentication providers may use cookies or similar storage for sign-in. This version has no payment checkout and does not collect card or PayPal details. The Studio does not include advertising trackers or sell signup information.

Your choices and deletion

You can delete drafts and uploads, change your profile, and disconnect TikTok. Deleting something here does not remove content already sent to a platform or provider. Email us to request access, correction, account deletion, removal from the founding artists list, or to stop receiving updates. We may need to verify that the request is yours.

We retain saved workspace information while it is needed to provide your account. Cost and credit history may need to be kept for support, security, or legal obligations. Provider logs and hosting backups follow their own retention rules. A fixed deletion schedule has not yet been adopted.

Adults, changes, and contact

Creator Studio is for adults 18 and older. Do not submit a child’s personal information. If you believe a child submitted information, contact us so we can investigate and remove it. We will post privacy changes here. Reach us at sam@healingtekllc.com.
