Creator Studio helps you turn your music and ideas into writing, campaigns, and character videos. You must be at least 18 to use the service. Your workspace currently requires ChatGPT sign-in. Keep your account secure and do not try to access another creator’s content.
Only upload music, recordings, lyrics, images, and videos you own or have permission to use for these features. Get permission from people whose face or voice you use. Do not impersonate others or upload unlawful material. A music subscription or owning a copy of a song does not, by itself, give you permission to reuse it.
You keep your rights in the material you provide. You allow Healing Tek and its service providers to store, display, and process it to deliver the features you request. You are responsible for reviewing rights, accuracy, platform rules, and required AI disclosures before sharing. AI output may resemble other output and may not qualify for copyright protection in every situation.
Writing is generated using OpenAI. Character videos are generated using Hedra. Your selected source material is sent to those services when you request generation. AI can make mistakes. Review and approve every piece before posting. Saving a draft, planning a date, or downloading a file does not publish it.
If you connect TikTok, the Studio sends a selected video only after your explicit approval. You finish the caption, audience, disclosures, and publication in TikTok. Automatic scheduled publishing is not enabled. Other platform exports work without a connection; you post them yourself.
Payments are off. The owner assigns Studio credits manually. The displayed credit cost is deducted when generation starts. You cannot start a request without enough credits. Definitively rejected requests and incomplete writing return reserved credits. Provider-accepted video renders use credits; unconfirmed requests hold credits until reviewed. Provider dollar charges are separate from Studio credits. Credits are not cash, cannot be transferred, and cannot be redeemed for money.
Payments are currently switched off, so no customer payments are collected. If paid credits are introduced, contact sam@healingtekllc.com within 14 days to request a refund for unused purchased credits or an incorrect or duplicate charge. Completed generations are normally not refundable, but contact us if a service error prevented delivery. This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.

Keep your own copies of important files. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, platform acceptance, audience growth, earnings, or a particular creative result. We may restrict access for misuse or security reasons. You can stop using the Studio, disconnect TikTok, and request account deletion by email.
We will post updated terms here with an effective date. Material changes to paid plans, if introduced, should be explained before purchase. Contact sam@healingtekllc.com for help or rights concerns.
